IF YOU WORKED FOR TERMINIX AS A TECHNICIAN IN CALIFORNIA WITHIN THE PAST FOUR YEARS, A RECENTLY APPROVED CLASS ACTION SETTLEMENT AFFECTS YOUR RIGHTS.

On September 26, 2008, the Honorable James Warren (ret.) entered an order giving final approval to the class action settlement in the matters entitled Hood v. Terminix International, Inc. and Roy v. Terminix International, Inc. - All eligible class members should have already received a written notice of settlement. The amount of the settlement is confidential. A copy of the settlement notice can be provided to class members only. If you are a class member who did not receive a copy of the settlement notice, please contact one of the class counsel listed below.
- All class members who did not exclude themselves from the settlement will be receiving their settlement shares in November or December. The claims administrator is required to issue settlement checks on November 25, 2008, or as soon as possible thereafter, but in no event, more than 20 days later, or December 15, 2008. You will receive your share of the settlement even if you did not submit a claim or dispute form.
